Here is the full message from the president's communication:
Dear Team—
I know you all just finished your meeting - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the recent updates. Last time I sent you all a message, I stated the following: “I believe in this team. You all are some of the most motivated and innovative creators we have had the chance to partner with - and we’re eager for that relationship to persist.”
Given your hard work and adaptability, particularly over the last year, you repeatedly show that.
The player input from last autumn’s Project ETHOS demo was enlightening. It validated the promise of a action-packed game but made clear we still had improvements to make. It revealed the need for a clearer identity.
It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve come. You embraced the criticism to heart and reimagined Project ETHOS with a refreshed direction - one that’s positioned to deliver on its ambition to our fans.
Our confidence in Project ETHOS increases every day. To advance the incredible advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to announce the new hire as the incoming Director of the team. After a period of discussions, he comes aboard us on the specified date.
His leadership and expertise in the PVP shooter genre is considerable, having devoted the last 15 years creating and leading some of the most well-known series in the industry, for example the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, Apex Legends.
Let’s together in receiving him soon. We are all eager to continue seeing the development of the game in the weeks to come.
The President

"Build your perfect run—or die trying—in this 3rd-person action shooter! Customize your character in real-time to match your preferred approach," the game's pitch states. "Take on the rivals with unique powers, risks, and obstacles that evolve every match. Will you withdraw carefully with your collected items? Alternatively take a risk, gamble everything, and pray your squad can achieve the highest spot? The option is in your hands."
The game does not have an announced launch window or consoles, but players can anticipate further news as development progresses.
